My name is Ana Pinedo Cestafe.

I was born in Zaragoza, a city, which lies between Madrid and Barcelona. Zaragoza has a very important and magnificent cathedral called the Basílica de Nuestra Señora del Pilar known as well by “El Pilar”.

I always had fun learning foreign languages. Therefore, at the age of 17 years, I went to New Orleans (Louisiana) in order to obtain my highschool graduation.

Afterwards I spent two years in Switzerland in order to study French and German in the Ecole de Secretariat et de Langues, Montreux, as well as in the school for interpreters (Escuela de Traductores) in Zurich.

During my annual stay in Germersheim, Germany, I studied linguistics at the Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz.

Furthermore I attended two different studies; one to become a language teacher (at the University of Zaragoza) and another to obtain the degree as translator for German and French (at the University of Granada).

Meanwhile I have my own language school for Spanish in Puerto de la Cruz on Tenerife. where I spend time on offering language courses as well as translations of documents and texts and accompany foreigners as an interpreter concerning matters of authority.

My foreign language training is interesting and varied and represents a durable source of joy. Many years of experience and contact with the pupils are reflected in the quality of my language school and I insure that this high level of quality is maintained.
